About Beth Anagnos
Beth Anagnos is co-founder and CEO of Mind the Gap, a professional coaching and employment assessment solutions company dedicated to creating positive, lasting change for leaders and organizations.
Prior to co-founding Mind the Gap in 2008, Beth was the owner of MedSource of St. Louis, Inc., an orthopedics specialty products company she founded in 1993. Built from a small distributorship to a powerhouse in the region with more than $10 million in sales, MedSource serves as evidence of the drive, commitment and innovative thinking of its founder. It was during this time that Beth’s inner passion for coaching others to professional success emerged along with her passion to provide the resources and support she wished she had when she first formed her medical distributorship.
Beth’s impressive leadership and proven entrepreneurial skills inform her coaching style, making her a trusted advisor to many organizations and recognized institutions, including BJC Health Group, Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis and Acumed, Inc.
Beth earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Environmental Science from the University of Missouri, Columbia. She is a graduate of Coach University’s Core Essentials Program, and The University of Texas at Dallas’ Advanced Coaching Certification, School of Management, Executive Coaching Program. She received her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification through the International Coach Federation (ICF), and is also a local and national member of the ICF. Beth serves on the Advisory Board at Children’s Home Society, as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) volunteer, and is a supporter of EO Entrepreneurs’ Organization and St. Louis Organization Development Network.
